臺灣新年音樂會傳揚四海

由灣聲樂團主辦、智榮基金會及民視電視台合辦之2020《臺灣的聲音 新年音樂會》，期盼將臺灣的聲音用世界通用的古典音樂規格介紹給國人，也把臺灣音樂推向國際，讓世界看見臺灣。
　　新年音樂會演出的曲目安排，強調來自臺灣多元的聲音（包括原住民、臺灣金曲、京劇、歌仔戲及臺灣作曲家新創作品等），以三種代表臺灣的顏色；臺灣金、臺灣青、臺灣紅來設計，並搭配提琴、音符、五線譜等古典音樂的元素進行設計，希望後續以此具有現代感的主視覺在國際上推廣，同時累積形象。
　　音樂是每個人生活中最頻繁接觸到的文化，《臺灣的聲音》由臺灣傑出的新生代演奏家，以古典音樂做為國際溝通的語言，演奏出臺灣作曲家的作品，相信不僅能提升國民的音樂素養，也藉由精緻的古典音樂演奏，讓全世界看見臺灣聽見臺灣。
　　期待《臺灣的聲音 新年音樂會》能夠在國人的支持下，成為年年舉辦的活動，也讓「臺灣聲音･傳揚四海」，有朝一日並可與國際知名的納也納新年音樂會一樣，成為東方享譽全球的活動。
　　身為灣聲樂團後援會會長，後援會的英文是Fan Club，粉絲團之意，我也希望能號召更多粉絲加入為「灣聲之友」，形成一股力量，一起多多支持這個努力推廣臺灣音樂元素普及化及國際化的樂團，更加關注灣聲樂團的動態，相信臺灣的聲音一定能在國際上被更多人聽見！

Do You Hear Us Sing?  
--- 2020 Taiwan New Year Concert

Ni hao, 2020! Let us welcome the New Year with songs representing “The Sounds of Taiwan”. Jointly organized by the One Song Orchestra, the StanShih Foundation, and Formosa TV, the 2020 Taiwan New Year Concert opens up possibilities for citizens to hear the sounds of Taiwan in the form of classical music, and at the same time, presents the music to international audience so that the beauty of Taiwan becomes more visible.

The Concert highlights a diversity of sounds in Taiwan: indigenous music, golden hits, Peking opera, Taiwanese opera, and new pieces by Taiwanese composers. The three colors emblematic of Taiwan used in the poster are Formosa gold, blue, and red. Elements associated with classical music such as the shape of a violin, musical notes, and staves are also incorporated. This modern visual design intends to leave a lasting impression when it is promoted overseas.

Music is one of the most accessible cultural aspect in people’s life. It is our privilege to invite emerging artists in Taiwan having solid classical music background to perform works of Taiwanese composers. We believe it is not only a great opportunity to enhance musical literacy of the citizens, but also to create a sensational night for the world to enjoy the uniqueness of Taiwanese music.

I look forward to making “The Sounds of Taiwan” Concert a recurrent event with the support of the citizens and may one day be recognized as an eastern counterpart of the Vienna New Year's Concert. 

As the Chairman of the One Song Orchestra Fan Club, I am calling for more fans to join the Friends of One Song. Let us stand with the Orchestra as it strives to spread the music of Taiwan to a wider and global audience. Let us stay tune to the Orchestra. It is my firm belief that more people will hear the sounds of Taiwan!
